.NEIRA Vendor Information Dear Vendor, We look forward to having you participate in the New England Interscholastic Rowing Association Championships on Saturday May 26, 2012. Over 35 schools and 1000 participants compete for a New England Championship in singles, fours and eights. We know that this event can be a successful day for you, as over 2000 family members and friends attend the regatta in support of their son or daughter. In an effort to be organized, we ask you to email John Ermilio, Regatta Director, at jermilio@charter.net if you plan to sell product at this year's regatta and/or if you have any questions. In addition, please arrive no later than 7:30 AM Saturday to set up your tents etc. You are welcome to arrive Friday, just be sure to mark your tent clearly. You will be using the space between the parking lot and the access road as well as a limited amount of space on the left side (facing the water) of the land between the access road and the beach. The vending fee for this year is $500. You may pay by check, to NEIRA, or cash. You may send the fee in advance, just let John Ermilio know via email, or you can pay on the day of the regatta.
